Supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of Food and Beverage
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Training fellow bar staff in delivering outstanding service
Assisting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in ensuring compliance
Aid the Restaurant and Bar Manager in procurement and inventory management
Collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar Manager in scheduling staff
Contribute to the on-boarding and training of new bar team members
Requirements:
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
