- Teach in a range of formats, including face-to-face, blended, block, and online real-time modes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment
- Collaborate with fellow sessional and ongoing academic staff
- Adhere to Victoria University's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Recent classroom experience in the primary education sector
- VIT registration or a current Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in using educational technology
- Specialisation in literacy, numeracy, and/or inclusive education
- Experience with phonics-based instructional approaches
