- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers and visitors
- Conduct space tours for potential clients and manage the onboarding process
- Create personalized welcome packs that make new members feel valued
- Plan and execute community events that foster networking and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with customers and respond proactively to their needs
- Ensure immaculate presentation of all common areas and meeting spaces
- Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and audio-visual equipment
- Maintain kitchen areas, order supplies, and ensure consumables are stocked
- Handle mail and package services efficiently
- Participate as a Floor Warden in building emergency procedures
- Work with the Centre Manager to implement operational procedures
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence
- Identify opportunities to enhance the workspace environment
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture
- Provide backup support to the Centre Manager as needed

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)

- Experience in relationship management with customers and vendors
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar concierge role
- Understanding of flexible workspace environments
