Job Category: Frontline Trades and LabourJob Description:We have a Fixed Term cleaner opportunity to work at the Brisbane Immigration Detention Centre. Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will be responsible for general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, touch point cleaning, etc) at facilities contributing to the overall health and well-being of those in the centre.Join us on the journeyWe currently have Fixed term role available for Cleaner to join the Spotless team at the Brisbane Immigration Detention Centre. Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will be responsible for general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, touch point cleaning, etc) at facilities contributing to the overall health and well-being of those in the centre.What you'll doThe role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

General cleaning of designated areas (vacuuming, mopping, touch-point cleaning etc)
Manual handling and lifting of equipment
Removal of rubbish

What you'll bring

Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment (desirable)
Demonstrated cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial environment
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Highly developed attention to detail
