Design and Build are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work across high-end multi-residential projects across the inner Melbourne suburbs. Our client is an award-winning multi-residential builder renowned for one of the best work place cultures in Melbourne. Delivering projects valued $20m+ they are a company which provides ample opportunity for growth, a strong pipeline of work and endless opportunities.Reporting to a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Negotiating and letting sub-contracts through to final account
Coordinating procurement and tender processes
All variations
Progress claims
Budgeting and forecasting
Management of all subcontractors and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and monitoring performance
Regular reporting and use of various software
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Contract Administrator
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator working on high-end multi residential projects in Melbourne
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work autonomously and in a fast paced environment
Proficient across a range of construction and finance software
Professional presentation and motivated with a strong work ethic
