In this pivotal role, you'll lead the implementation of our new household waste and recycling initiatives, including the transition to a standardised four-stream collection system. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and the community, you'll manage projects, develop education and engagement strategies, and ensure smooth service delivery. You have a proven ability to manage projects from planning to delivery, with excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines and achieve results. A natural communicator, you excel at building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and are confident in engaging the community through workshops, presentations, and educational campaigns.
