- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Document maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment history records.
- Comply with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Participate in safety training programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of reliability-centred maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program or technical training is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and equipment commonly used in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience working in an FMCG or Food Manufacturing site highly sought after.
