About Our ClientA Global Manufacturing organisationJob Description

Guiding and leading IT Strategy to exceed client expectations
Initiating new processes and procedures
Working closely with Global IT team and vendors
Being a point of contact for higher level technical issues
Construct Technology road map for Server, LAN/WAN, Infrastructure, storage, database and middle-ware platforms
Ongoing Maintenance and optimization of SAP Landscape
Managing On site support team including 3rd Party vendors

The Successful Applicant

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience implementing SAP Solutions
+5 years experience in managing Help-desk/Service delivery environment
Experienced with ITIL processes
Strong leadership experience
Experienced in creating and implementing new procedures
Budgetary experience
Customer Centric
Good technical skills, someone who isn't afraid to be hands on
Experienced within Networking, telecommunications systems and Desktop and Laptop operating systems
