We're looking for a Project Manager to join a fast growing Tier 3 Contractor who are winning a lot of work within the public sector space, working on projects across Community, Education and Healthcare up to $30m.▪ Repeat clientele within the private & public market sectors▪ Very low staff turnover attributed to their open, family feel environmentThis experienced commercial builder has established a strong presence in the VIC market. They have enjoyed steady but significant growth and as a result of winning a number of new contracts are looking to expand their current team.As a business they specialise in complete new build commercial projects up to $30m. Generally targeting projects in the; educational, commercial, institutional, medical and recreation fields.Your Requirements:▪ Excellent communication & leadership skills▪ Degree qualification in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferable▪ Previous experience in a PM roleand the ability to autonomously run a couple of projects at once▪ Strong industry references and tenure with previous employers▪ Local experience in the VIC market is a MUST.
