This firm is young, dynamic and are fast being recognized as a major player in the industry.POSITIONThe position of Manager to Senior Manager has been created due to rapid growth within the client base. This is a rare opportunity for a driven candidate to help this firm keep up with their rapid growth. There will be extensive autonomy provided to build a team and client base the way you see fit!CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

CA/CPA qualified
8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
At least 2 years management experience
Stable employment history within reputable Top 100 firms
Previous experience reviewing the work completed by junior staff
Ability to win new business
Ability to foster a positive team culture
Very strong technical ability
Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
