You will work to remove barriers to care, facilitate clear communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team, and promote a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion.Balance autonomy with collaboration, exercising sound independent judgment while actively contributing to a resilient, adaptable, and high-functioning multidisciplinary team.Champion continuous improvement by leading and participating in quality initiatives, pursuing ongoing professional development, and integrating emerging evidence and innovations into practice to continually improve patient outcomes and experiencesFor more information about this role, please view theAbout YouCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) plus relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.Advance clinical expertise in mental health nursing.A passion for mentoring, guiding and inspiring colleagues.Strong advocacy skills with a patient-centred approach.A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growthApplicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
