- Building and maintaining unbreakable relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businesses
- Hunt down new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence
- Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products like you stole it
- Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture
- Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Have a proven track record in sales and/or team leadership with an understanding of agricultural services
- Have a strong knowledge on livestock and real estate operations.
- Have a strong local client base
- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment
- Are resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for your team, clients and the community
- Understand that people are our most important asset
- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
- Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required
- This role could be suited for a candidate with a high level of rural products experience
