establish a CRM and Case management system
provide data analytic capability
develop a website
establish IT shared services for the Inspectors staff.

Required skills and experience

Extensive development experience and at least 5 years with Salesforce
Salesforce certifications
Experienced in Agile environments
DevOps and CI/CD experience will be valued highly
