
Bartender (Dispense Bar)

- Prepare a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, coffees, teas, according to established recipes and standards.
- Support the dispense bar operations by assisting with stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Work collaboratively with the venue teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, assisting with tasks such as glassware polishing, garnish preparation, and restocking.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as hotel policies and procedures, to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Maintain clear and open communication with colleagues and supervisors to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Coffee knowledge preferred.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
