In this exciting position you will play a pivotal role monitoring and driving the performance of projects to successfully meet client commitments and foster strong relationships. With the support of over 430 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile land development projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.Specifically:
  • Lead and manage large-scale land development projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
  • High level industry awareness and engagement
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • REPQ certification desirable
