This role involves collaborating on projects for two high-profile clients - a major enterprise and a government agency - focused on delivering highly personalised, data-driven marketing campaigns.This exciting opportunity is perfect for a Marketing Cloud expert with a passion for personalisation and a solid track record in customer journey optimisation. You'll play a crucial role in helping clients maximise the impact of their marketing strategies by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.Responsibilities & Skills:
  • Design and implement personalised marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Build and optimise customer journeys that deliver effective email marketing and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Utilise data-driven insights to continually improve personalisation and engagement
  • Maintain best practices in data handling, security, and campaign compliance
  • Conduct troubleshooting and technical support to ensure campaign success
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with expertise in personalisation
  • Strong knowledge of customer journey building and email marketing best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise and government stakeholders
  • Eligibility for security clearance (must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident with no convictions)
