The Company Join a professional service company specializing in providing office space to roughly 1,000 members while offering paid certification and training programs to train up their people! The RoleYou will be responsible for providing user support to internal users as well as external members focusing on network support. This role would be well suited for a recent graduate or someone with some service desk experience who is trying to kick start their career in networking! Responsibilities include:- Identifying network & server issues eg: internet, WIFI, telephony & network connectivity- Monitor the incoming helpdesk queue and promptly respond to support tickets. Working alongside the service desk- Project involvement - upgrades to office IT equipment, network, server hardware & software- Set up A/V and video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.- Perform assigned configuration changes to network infrastructure within change management protocols.- Maintain end-user documentation and communicate with Members as required. Required background / knowledge / experience / personal qualities- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, making this role suitable for recent graduates.- Customer service focused- A desire to learn & develop their knowledge- Excellent written & verbal communication - will be dealing with C level executives.
