About the RoleAn exciting opportunity exists within the Rapid Access Hub at St. Vincent’s on the Park for a motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager who is seeking a challenging and rewarding Surgical leadership role overseeing the Rapid Access Hub as part of the Theatre/Perioperative Team.The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, will be responsible for the delivery of high quality patient care or patients. The ANUM will support and assist the Nurse Unit Manager in achieving specific Key Performance Indicators as developed for the Unit as well as providing mentoring and leadership to the Nursing Teamo Acts as a clinical role model by providing the highest standard of direct patient care.o Supervises, directs and supports nursing staff in clinical practice.o Has experience and is able to take on a floor coordination role when requiredo In liaison with the Nurse Unit Manager and relevant health professionals, assist in achieving agreed activity targets so that St Vincent’s is able to reach its annual targetsClassifications for this position will range between YW11 - YW12 ($106,834.00 - $110,432.10 per annum pro rata).Your ContributionAs an experienced, motivated and passionate Registered Nurse you will bring demonstrated knowledge and commitment to a patient-centred care framework.
