Customer Service Specialist - Waratah Team

This role is dedicated to supporting and interacting with customers through phone and email, managing orders, and preparing quotes. You’ll actively follow up on quotes and sales opportunities, with the goal of converting them into successful sales. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, warehouse, and sales—to ensure that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. A key part of the role is to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement every day.

About you
Key responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone and email, managing orders and quotes
- Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities, aiming to convert them to sales
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, sales) to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and foster a positive, proactive work environment
- High attention to detail
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
