As a Senior Administration Officer, you’ll be responsible for a broad range of duties including rostering, compliance, intake, recruitment support, and financial administration. What you’ll do,
- Act as the initial point of contact for stakeholders, handling enquiries and correspondence.
- Manage office administration tasks including reception, data entry, filing, archiving, mail, and petty cash.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and performance appraisal processes.
- Undertake rostering, NDIS billing and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide IT support and assist with system training for new staff.
- Maintain registers for incidents, complaints, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure vehicle and WHS compliance records are maintained.
- Assist with financial processes and reporting.
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in community or health services.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and confident data management abilities.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing deadlines independently and within a team.
- A valid QLD Driver’s license and a valid, or ability to successfully apply for, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card.
