What will you do?

Deliver engaging and professional bar and table service
Ensure a positive dining experience for guests, sharing expert knowledge on daily menu offerings, craft beer selections and smooth customer service
Prepare and serve quality coffees and beverages
Assist with the setup and pack-down of the bar and restaurant areas
Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you

Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate
Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable
Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
Ability to work flexible shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
