- Competitive Annual Wage - $112,000 plus super.

- Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher.
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential).
- Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
- Experience in large scale A La Carte kitchens (Desirable).
- Experience in mining village operations (Desirable).
- Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.
- Experience driving a safe and productive work culture.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
- Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
- Driver's License/ Photo ID required.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
