Empowered by world-class resources and driven by purpose, they are united by a passion to make a real difference every day.The opportunity:We're hiring FIFO (Fly In / Fly Out) Sous Chefs from Perth and nearby suburbs on a 14:7 roster for Fulltime Employment.Working closely with the onsite Head Chefs, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner-while proudly upholding ISS's reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.

Competitive Annual Wage - $112,000 plus super.

Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher.
Experience as a Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential).
Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
Experience in large scale A La Carte kitchens (Desirable).
Experience in mining village operations (Desirable).
Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.
Experience driving a safe and productive work culture.
Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
Driver's License/ Photo ID required.
Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
