It's 100% customised.You'll take the lead on end-to-end qualitative fieldwork - from in-depth interviews and groups to online communities and immersive ethnography. You'll then turn human truths and cultural insight into compelling narratives that shape client strategy.Clients range from top ASX brands to gutsy challengers across finance, FMCG, retail, media, entertainment, and not-for-profit.What you'll bring:2+ years' qualitative research agency experienceHands-on confidence with fieldwork - IDIs, groups, communities, workshopsEnd-to-end project experience - from proposal to presentationA curious, culturally attuned mind that thrives on discovering the “why”A desire to push boundaries and grow beyond traditional qualThis is more than just a job - it's a career-making opportunity that offers:✅ Immediate client exposure - no hand-holding here, you'll be in the room
