The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing major electronic security contracts on a national scale. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Managing contract performance, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Leading stakeholder engagement and client meetings
- Overseeing the delivery of capital works, service, and corrective maintenance programs
- Working closely with Project Managers and Service Teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement
- Supporting financial management, including budgets, variations, and renewals
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in contract management within electronic security or a closely related technical industry (such as facilities, electrical, or communications infrastructure)
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- A track record in managing service delivery across multiple projects/contracts
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to support negotiation and financial oversight
