In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and our CTO to drive the quality of software delivery across multiple teams. You'll lead a team of QA Engineers and Testers, owning the end-to-end quality strategy, scaling automation, and ensuring release readiness in a continuous deployment environment.What You'll Do:

Lead QA practices across multiple squads
Define and implement a scalable, maintainable testing strategy
Own the roadmap for automation and integrate it into CI/CD
Plan and execute manual and automated testing (backend, frontend, APIs)
Explore and apply AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency
Oversee the release process with quality gates and release milestones
Coordinate daily and sprint release planning across teams
Allocate QA resources to meet team priorities
Report on test coverage, success rates, and release health

What You Bring:

Proven QA leadership or delivery experience
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Expertise in manual and automated testing: regression, smoke, performance, exploratory
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Exposure to AI-based testing (test generation, defect prediction, visual validation)
Hands-on experience with cloud-native applications (preferably AWS)
A track record of delivering quality releases in fast-paced environments
