- Provide high-level strategic advice to Directors on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate preparation of business cases, memos, and responses to Parliamentary Questions and Budget Estimates.
- Manage HR and supplier contracts, ensuring adherence to public sector standards and financial policy.
- Foster strong cross-agency relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience providing financial and governance advice to senior executives.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to prepare high-quality briefings and reports.
- A sound understanding of public sector compliance and financial frameworks.
