Support hotels in achieving their revenue objectives by accurately loading and maintaining best-practice rates, packages, contracted content, and other critical information across EVT’s Central Reservation System (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and other integrated distribution platforms. Ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal visibility across all channels to drive bookings and maximize revenue opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Distribution Management Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Data Collection: Lead the coordination and refinement of essential hotel data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of databases used for tenders, GDS, branded websites, and other distribution platforms.
  • Manage Data Entry Across Systems: Accurately enter and update hotel information across GDS and other third-party distribution systems, ensuring consistent and high-quality content.
  • Property Onboarding: Load new hotel properties into EVT’s Central Reservation System (CRS), branded websites, GDS, and additional distribution channels in line with brand standards and timelines.
Revenue & Rate Management Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on Yield Management Strategies: Partner with Group Revenue Managers to support, implement, and control yield management initiatives, configuring rates in alignment with strategic pricing objectives.
  • Optimize System Configurations: Evaluate Opera’s rate management tools and features to recommend optimal configurations that maximize the effectiveness of available distribution channels.
  • Ensure Rate Integrity: Monitor and maintain rate parity and consistency across all connected systems, including Opera, SiteMinder, and GDS platforms.
Data Management & Reporting Responsibilities
  • Research & Implement Branching Structures: Analyse client company structures and accurately apply branching configurations in the Central Reservation System (CRS) to reflect organizational hierarchies and business relationships.
  • Process Sales Updates: Collaborate with Sales Managers to receive and action branching updates in CRS promptly, ensuring system data remains current and aligned with business developments.
  • Maintain Company Profiles: Manage and update the Company Master Account Code listing and related profiles to support accurate statistical tracking and reporting.
Skills & Experience
  • Communicate Effectively: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure the seamless exchange of information between guests, hotels, reservations, and sales teams, fostering clarity and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Uphold Data Integrity: Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain the accuracy and integrity of internal databases and system records.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Maintain positive and professional rapport with hotel staff, clients, and external suppliers to support strong working relationships and operational cooperation.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Attend all scheduled meetings, contributing proactively and staying informed on departmental updates and business goals.
  • Ensure Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information, including contracted rates, guest details, and proprietary data, in accordance with company privacy policies and data protection standards.
  • Promote Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the Central Systems Manager, or designated Supervisor/Manager.
