You'll be the first point of contact for trainers, students and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more run smoothly from start to finish.What you'll doCoordinate accredited and non-accredited courses, from enrolment to completionSupport trainers with scheduling, resources and student progressConduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective studentsUse systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS)Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers and community partnersWhile based in Adelaide, you'll be part of a national team of coordinators who work closely together. You'll have plenty of support, knowledge sharing, and guidance from experienced colleagues - you'll never feel like you're working alone.About youYou're organised, approachable, and a natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
