React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS, React Native or Flutter a BONUSWe’re partnering with an operations-led organisation undergoing rapid digital transformation, and they’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to help drive this next phase of growth.
Working within a compact but expanding team, this is a unique opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be deeply involved in coding, shaping technical architecture, and mentoring both local and offshore developers.What you’ll be doing:

Architecting backend solutions using AWS serverless technologies within a microservices environment
Building and maintaining scalable web and cross-platform mobile apps (React Native or Flutter experience is a bonus)
Driving end-to-end software delivery: from planning and development to deployment and performance monitoring
Leading and mentoring a growing team, fostering engineering best practices and collaboration
Managing delivery across onshore and offshore resources
Guiding technical decisions and introducing tools for visibility across code quality, deployment, and team velocity
Writing clean, testable code and contributing to system documentation

Tech Stack & Skills:

8–12 years of professional experience in software development
Strong background in React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
Proven experience in AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and microservices architecture
Exposure to React Native or Flutter (a plus—not essential)
Solid understanding of modern development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to lead a developer while being hands-on yourself (approx. 50% coding, 30% architecture, 20% team oversight)
