With specialized solutions for growth markets and industries, including technology, life sciences, and healthcare, engineering, manufacturing and energy, auto-mobility, and retail, we are decisively positioned as “The logistics company for the world.”Key Responsibilities· To coordinate and complete all shipment level activities including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport; additionally, you will provide support, guidance and training to less experienced / newer team members as needed.
· To lead the planning and execution of BMSB seasonal protocols, liaising with origin offices, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure compliance and timely cargo movement.
· To ensure accurate and timely reporting of import cargo, maintaining visibility across shipments and supporting internal and external stakeholders with relevant updates.
· To ensure that all relevant quality KPIs are met or overachieved on a consistent basis.
· To manage EDO handovers and oversee billing activities, ensuring documentation accuracy and alignment with operational timelines.
· To ensure the implementation of necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments.
· To build and maintain strong relationships with CFS and shipping lines to streamline import operations, resolve issues, and optimise service delivery.
· To resolve issues in day-to-day delivery and implement best practices, focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
· And to execute any other duties assigned by your manager that fall within the general scope of the roleKey Accountabilities
  • To proactively oversee the customer shipments to ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • To minimise cost on every job file and maximise gross profit on every job file.
  • To resolve issues with operational workflow and/or based on customer feedback, only escalating to your supervisor when unable to do so.
  • To ensure all required documentation are in place as per the shipment requirements/SOP.
  • To provide training and guidance as needed and/or directed by your manager to ensure team success
