Operations Manager- Inclusive Employment Australia

Responsible for effectively leading SYC’s delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia, driving strong contract and financial performance, quality and compliance standards, and ensuring fantastic customer service.
This role provides high level advice, analysis, and strategic input to the General Manager, Employment Services, including self-directed business improvement initiatives.We welcome applicants from VIC, QLD, NSW, and SA- location flexibility available.We’re looking for an exceptional individual to:

Lead high performing operations in a dynamic, people focused environment.
Drive operational growth, stakeholder relationships and contract compliance.
Make a difference supporting people with disability to achieve quality outcomes.
Drive a collaborative and positive team culture.
Be part of an organisation committed to helping people succeed.

Proven experience in a Senior Management role, driving contract objectives and quality outcomes to achieve revenue and contractual KPIs is required. If you are driven to make a difference and support others to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.Key screening requirements:
