Retail Assistant State Manager - Victoria

• Accountability for the sales, wages and shrinkage targets for the state
• Hands on approach in daily operations and reporting functions alongside the State Manage
• Working alongside the VM team in order to implement and maintain VM Guidelines
• Supervision and nurturing of Seed Heritage staff. Providing guidance and training in rostering shrinkage and budgets
• HR Management, recruitment, staff performance and wage control
• Effectively manage stock across all stores to maximize sales opportunities
• Communicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office across all stores
• Following up on administration from Head Office and In Store

• Minimum 5 years’ multi-site management experience with a fashion apparel retailer – an understanding of concession business is highly regarded
• Successful sales track records and the ability to measure and drive KPI’s
• Exceptional focus on driving expert customer service within your state
• Demonstrated experience in stock control and management
• Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead our brand by example and manage teams
• Possess good time management and organisational skills
• Be a results driven leader who is skilled in reporting
