Opportunity for sponsorship for the right candidate.
Work on perth based commercial construction projects up to $20m.

The Requirements:

BSc in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar industry relevant qualification
Experience with Australian Standard contracts essential
Proven ability to scope & let commercial trade packages, manage variations, progress claims both upstream and downstream.
Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship building skills.
