One that is equitable and prioritises learning and wellbeing.Together we will make our education system the best it can be.When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.About the roleThe Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Service Desk Analyst is responsible for delivering timely and effective first level ICT Service Desk support services for school, preschools and corporate-based customers throughout the Department for Education for South Australia (the Department).The ICT Service Desk Analyst utilises incident and request management processes to promptly restore normal service operations, efficiently fulfill standard service requests, or identify and assign them to the appropriate support teams.The role contributes to the continuous improvement of ICT Service Delivery operations and ensures efficient work practices to maximise ICT support service provision. Best practice processes are utilised, including the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework; these are combined with a high level of ICT technical and communication skills.
