We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain function.In this role, you will coordinate warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities to ensure goods move smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You'll lead a motivated team, manage stock accuracy through our Warehouse Management System, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver on business goals.What you'll doLead daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.Oversee inventory accuracy through stock checks, reconciliations, and cycle counts.Ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to minimise delays.Support process improvements and the implementation of new systems or initiatives.Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and performance.Champion safety standards and compliance across all logistics activities.What we're looking forMinimum 3 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.At least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory software.Proven experience leading stocktakes and managing stock integrity.A collaborative leader who can problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Current Australian driver's licence (essential).Desirable: Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business.Why join us?This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll have the chance to shape processes, develop your team, and contribute directly to the success of the business.
