What will you be doing?
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, project team's performance) and report regularly on project status.
  • Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
  • Co-operate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions, as required.
What do you need?
  • A degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
  • An ability to work constructively in project teams to solve problems, drive health and safety culture and produce quality outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise positively with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of innovative client solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
