Be hands-on, with theme and plugin development for CMS (Wordpress and Shopify preferred, but let’s be real, CMS are all six of one half a dozen of the other).
Command over HTML, CSS, PHP orand Javascript.
Ability to Photoshop, Figma or other design tools to convert layered design files into HTML.
Agency experience is a bonus, but an outstanding portfolio of projects is also great (both isare even better!).
We use Git for version control - that shouldn’t be foreign to you.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - a must for any developer.
Communicate technical issues to Account Managers in plain English to educate and help resolve client problems.
The fundamental requirement to this role is attention to detail - recognising that the little details make the difference, while still being able to see the big picture.
Support the Head of Web Development with training and supporting the mid and junior members on the team.

You must have work samples that demonstrate your abilities.
We build a lot of landing pages, websites, eCommerce sites, and some completely custom projects - someone interested in practically applying their skills to solve real business problems would be a great fit for this position.
You must have experience with server management - setting up and migrating sites and managing DNS settings should be a comfortable setting for you.
You should be comfortable using APIs, getting your hands dirty in databases, and SSH should not scare you (too much).
Experience in a lead or senior role is a big plus!
Bonus for experience with AWS or other cloud hosting services, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, JS debugging, Vue, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, or other CRMs, or a good eye for design.
This is a fast-paced environment. You don't need to be the fastest dev ever, but you do need to be ready for a challenge.
