As a Product Owner in the Digital Products team at the University of Melbourne, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the institution's digital landscape. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the university, translating their needs into innovative digital solutions. This role offers you the opportunity to drive product strategy, lead agile development teams, and directly impact the experiences of students, staff, and researchers at a leading global university.Your responsibilities will include:Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with diverse university stakeholders to capture strategic and operational needs.Product Strategy: Develop and manage product roadmaps, aligning digital solutions with university strategy and stakeholder requirements.Agile Leadership: Facilitate the prioritisation and delivery of high-value features, maximising the impact of development teams.Innovation: Identify opportunities for platform improvements and innovations based on user feedback, behaviour, and market trends.You may be a great fit if:You are an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in delivering Salesforce software solutions in complex organisations, possessing excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving innovation through digital products.You may also:Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification or have equivalent significant experience in product management.Demonstrate extensive experience in developing product roadmaps and managing backlogs in agile environments.Have outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.Show a track record of using customer-centric approaches to design and build innovative products.Possess experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.For further information please refer to the attached PD.What we offer you!
