Duties and team:You'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected team of 5 on site with a great culture. Reporting into the leading hand and maintenance foreman on crew you will be responsible for;-

Assist in the maintenance and repair of the underground mobile equipment Including;

SANDVIK LH621 Boggers
SANDVIK TH663, TH521 Trucks
SANDVIK DD421, DL421 Drills
Great team culture on site with a relaxed atmosphere

The Mine Site:This mine is located about 2hr flight from Perth and offers flights from Perth, Geraldton and Busselton. The mine offers a long mine life as well as a great relationship with the principal miner on site.

Accommodation on site - Permanent En-suite rooms, no back to back rooms
Excellent Dry Mess and well managed Wet Mess
2 x Gyms, Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Swimming Pool…
Large workshop with concrete pads and overhead cranes, all under cover and shaded.

Your skills and experienceYou will be trade qualified in light vehicle or heavy diesel with a minimum 1-2 years experience working civil, road transport or agricultural - whether that be light or heavy equivalent. Most importantly you will;-

Have an eagerness to continue/learn the UG hard rock mining sector
Have an excellent attitude towards work and developing new skills
Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals
Have the ability to work autonomously and a willingness to "have a go"
Prioritises safety as number one
