- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Chef, ideally in breakfast or high-volume service
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider
- Experience preparing and presenting a variety of breakfast dishes (à la carte and buffet)
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with early starts (shifts from 5:30am)
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
