This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in supporting food service operations, and wants to be part of a friendly hospitality team in the Hunter Valley.What you’ll do:

Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
Wash dishes, utensils, and ensure correct stock rotation
Support chefs and kitchen team during service times
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience an advantage but not essential
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work across a roster including weekends and public holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
