- Permanent, part-time role (37 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with split shifts
- OSHC service for up to 195 children offering:

- Assist the Coordinator with day-to-day service operations
- Support program planning, delivery, and documentation
- Help with staff rostering and supervision
- Manage administrative and financial tasks, including fee collection
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality, inclusive educational program
- Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure positive outcomes for children and families
- Participate in professional and personal development activities
- Consent to act as the Responsible Person on site in the Coordinator’s absence
- Promote the service within the local community in line with Centacare Child Care Services’ Vision, Mission, and Values
- An ACECQA-approved school-age qualification, including studies in education, community services, health, therapy, sports, or creative arts.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
- Experience in the education and care of children.
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
