Join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.Full-time Contract37.5 hours per week$77,688 - $103,623 per annumTotal Effective Package*$97,913 - $127,354About the roleThe Health Information Administration Officer, working with the Health Information team, will be responsible for providing training and support to Communicare (patient information system) users in the management of health information records and undertaking regular administrator duties.Who are we looking for?Someone to fit our team with the following requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Administration/Business (or similar) or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in using and maintaining Communicare or other Patient Information Systems
  • Proven experience or ability to provide training, mentoring and support to others
  • Proven competent administrative, organisational and written communication skills including competent skills in the MS Office suite of applications
  • Proven ability to work independently and quickly adapt to change with excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
