You will be required to drive, own and implement the experimentation strategy across the business and digital channels in line with the broader business strategy. This includes defining the prioritisation framework to identity and prioritise opportunities for experimentation across various digital channels e.g. website, appYou WillYou will be responsible for leading and growing the Optimisation/Experimentation program and strategy across the digital customer lifecycle. This includes extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, marketing, engineering, omni-tech) to drive broader team adoption of experimentation capability and practices across Coles Digital. You will build an experimentation mindset and culture across the Coles Digital team and drive broader team adoption of experimentation capability and practices across Coles Digital. This includes supporting the activation of the optimisation strategy and roadmap, providing expertise in experimentation, optimisation, personalisation best practices to teams across Coles Digital.You are highly collaborative and able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders, you have strong influencing and storytelling skills and the ability to think strategically and practically to translate insights into recommendation and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.You will own and iterate experimentation processes and frameworks and will be required to build, manage and mentor a team of Optimisation Specialists.A key requirement for this role is your experience and ability to lead and execute data-driven experiments (A/B, multivariate tests etc) to optimise journeys and experiences, analyse experiment results, draw insights and translate into actionable recommendations.*12 month fixed term contract*You Have
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Product Manager in a digital experimentation/optimisation manager role
- Proven experience in designing experimentation/optimisation strategies and executing these strategies across digital channels leveraging experimentation/optimisation tools e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Target, Campaign, Site Catalyst, Audience Manager, Experience Manager)
- Experience in personalisation programs, strategies and/or campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools e.g. Adobe Analytics
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation and Marketing Automation, improving website and app customer experiences to deliver growth
- Demonstrated knowledge of the experimentation lifecycle and managing experimentation/optimisation programs
- Experience leading a team/s of digital practitioners
- Demonstrated experience working in experimentation or optimisation roles and functions.
- Innovative thinker who can challenge existing processes based on data-led insights
- Highly analytical and can clearly translate insight into story to drive change
