WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?Step into a rewarding role within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as an Inpatient Mental Health Nurse. This multi-classified position will see you appointed as either RN1 or RN2, depending on your skills and experience. You'll play a key part in delivering recovery-oriented, evidence-based mental health care across a multidisciplinary team, supporting consumers in community, acute, and rehabilitation settings. The service consists of a 23 bed acute inpatient service based within the "Acute Hub" of Glenside Campus.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Deliver integrated, person-centred mental health care using therapeutic, preventative, and evaluative approaches tailored to individual and community needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement recovery-focused treatment plans and group programs that promote health and wellbeing.
  • Support the development and supervision of junior staff, student nurses, and enrolled nurses (RN2 level).
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and evidence-based practice.
