As Manufacturing Team Leader - Packaging, you'll be accountable for the performance of production operations during your shift, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team engagement. You'll manage resources, maintain product integrity, and deliver against the production plan while driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead shift operations to deliver production plans on time and to quality standardsManage crew performance, coaching and developing team capabilityOversee materials, maintenance scheduling, and line relief activitiesMonitor performance data to identify and address gaps or improvement opportunitiesDrive compliance with GMP, HACCP, EHS, and quality standardsSupport organisational change and continuous improvement projectsAbout YouProven leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing, ideally beveragesStrong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety management systemsSkilled at analysing performance data to drive improvementsConfident in coaching and building team capabilityCommitted to delivering operational excellence every shiftWhy Asahi Beverages?
