- Lead and contribute to the ROSA/OpenShift migration efforts.
- Build and maintain robust Kubernetes and AWS Cloud environments.
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform.
- Troubleshoot and support containerised applications (Java, Kotlin, Node.js).
- Deliver technical knowledge transfer and train internal engineers on tools, processes, and platforms.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ROSA or OpenShift platforms.
- Kubernetes expertise for container orchestration and service management.
- Strong DevSecOps knowledge, with Git (preferably GitLab).
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using modern DevOps tooling.
- Proficiency in AWS Cloud Services – including RDS, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Solid Linux OS administration skills.
- Containerization experience using Docker/OCI.
- Application-level troubleshooting within containerised environments.
- Strong training and mentoring capabilities (“train-the-trainer” style).
