The hotel is located on Grey Street in South Bank neighbouring the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.About the RoleWe’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead our hotel’s F&B operations with energy, vision, and precision. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving excellence across multiple outlets, enhancing guest experiences, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. - Lead with impact, energise and mobilise F&B teams to maintain momentum and deliver consistently high performance across all operations.
- Enable leadership to guide and develop Operational Leaders to create memorable guest experiences through confident and capable service delivery.
- Coordinate staffing, resources, and movements with precision to ensure seamless day to day operations.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
- Oversee both tactical and strategic aspects of F&B, including compliance, training, and quality and development of team.
- Drive operational excellence by uplifting team engagement, enhancing guest satisfaction, and improving business outcomes.
- Lead large scale teams with 7–10 years in F&B management, including 3–5 years in senior hotel or venue leadership.
- Managed multi outlet operations with consistent delivery on budgets, KPIs, and guest experiences.
- Applied strong commercial insight to drive revenue, control costs, and introduce innovative concepts.
- Inspire and lead high-performing teams through mentoring, motivation, and a culture of excellence.
- Enhanced guest experiences with a modern, personalised, and service-driven approach.
