- Exposure to principles, concepts, practices and standards of scheduling and EVM principles, in particular, Critical Path Method and Baseline Control
- Knowledge of and/or exposure to accounting and budgeting principles
- Computer literacy with an ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret reports
- Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications (Open Plan Professional, Cobra, etc.)

- Support the establishment and coordination of frameworks and baselines for project cost, schedule and risk for new and existing programs, to facilitate the successful achievement of project objectives
- Assist in the establishment of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual project rhythms for statusing, analysis and reporting on cost, schedule and risks in alignment with Business and Customer Rhythms and coordinate project adherence
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines including incorporation of approved baseline changes
- Assist in the development and resource loading of schedules in accordance with established processes, standards, guidelines, health checks and code structures.
- Assist in the incorporation of risk and schedule margin tasks into schedules based on risk registers and Project Managers (PMs)/Cost Account Managers (CAMs) guidance
- Assist in the development and maintenance of control account structures and associated RAMs
- Maintain all documentation and databases with regards to project planning and maintenance, including data trace integrity
- Work with PMs and CAMs to capture actuals, status, Estimated Total Costs (ETCs) and review risks and updates to the project risk and opportunity register in accordance with the projects business rhythm
