Their workplace culture is collaborative, high-performing, and friendly—where people genuinely enjoy what they do.They are now on the lookout for a Client Services Manager who shares their energy, values, and love for operational excellence.About the Role:As the Client Services Manager, you’ll lead and support a dedicated offshore client services team, in addition to ensuring every interaction with clients is seamless, efficient, and genuinely helpful.This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing workflows, mentoring team members, improving systems, and ensuring compliance with licensee and regulatory requirements. You’ll be a problem-solver, coach, and process champion, playing a central role in how they deliver exceptional service to their clients.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and develop the offshore client services team to consistently deliver high-quality support
  • Oversee the accurate and compliant implementation of complex financial planning cases
  • Ensure client queries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with care
  • Coordinate the preparation of Statements of Advice and other client documents
  • Maintain and improve internal processes and workflows, aligned with licensee updates
  • Facilitate weekly implementation meetings and monthly training sessions
  • Monitor and manage service timelines to meet client and business commitments
  • Provide operational support to Directors and collaborate with other internal teams
What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client service role within a financial planning environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
