- Lead and develop the offshore client services team to consistently deliver high-quality support
- Oversee the accurate and compliant implementation of complex financial planning cases
- Ensure client queries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with care
- Coordinate the preparation of Statements of Advice and other client documents
- Maintain and improve internal processes and workflows, aligned with licensee updates
- Facilitate weekly implementation meetings and monthly training sessions
- Monitor and manage service timelines to meet client and business commitments
- Provide operational support to Directors and collaborate with other internal teams
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client service role within a financial planning environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
